Who is this event for?
Click and Connect is tailor-made for school and nursery photographers, studio owners, and production teams. Whether you’re looking to scale up, simplify your daily admin, or just want to chat with others shaping the future of volume photography in the UK, you’ll be in the right place.
What's included in my ticket?
Your event pass gives you full access to both the GotPhoto Learning Day on Wednesday and the main conference sessions on Thursday. We’ll keep you fuelled with coffee and snacks on both days, plus a proper catered lunch on Thursday. You’ll also have full entry to our networking sessions, because we know the best ideas often strike over a casual chat.
Do I need to stay overnight?
Accommodation is optional. You are welcome to stay at the Hawkwell House, or any nearby hotel in Oxford. Many attendees choose to stay for a few nights to enjoy an Oxford winter break. Room block link for Hawkwell House coming soon.
Do I need to attend both days?
No, you are welcome to attend one or both days.
- The Core Day: Focuses on industry speakers and roundtable discussions.
- The Pre-Day (Optional): Focuses on GotPhoto-specific learning, with tailored tracks for both current and prospective users.
Do I need to be a GotPhoto customer to attend?
Not at all. This event is designed for any photography business specialising in schools, nurseries, or sports. While the optional second day covers platform-specific learning, the main day is dedicated to general industry insights and networking.
What are the event hours?
The event will run from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Thursday.
Can I bring a guest along?
To keep the environment focused and ensure everyone gets the best possible networking experience, all attendees must be fully registered. This means guests aren't able to join us for sessions, lunches, or coffee breaks. If a colleague would like to come along, they’ll just need to purchase their own ticket.
Are children allowed to attend?
As this is a professional business event, we aren’t able to accommodate children in the event areas. The only exception is for our pre-arranged models who are joining us specifically for the live shoot sessions.
